Happy April to All 🌦️🌈🌷

We've all heard the saying - "April Showers Bring May Flowers" and for some of us who experience the changing of the seasons, it's very true!

The pictures at the top of the emails, since January of this year, are from my pup walks that we take 4 times a day 🐶

And this one was taken just a few days ago when we were socked in with fog, wind and rain! Though it looks a bit ominous it was actually very pretty and felt a bit like a cocoon had enveloped the whole area... just hinting at the unveiling of the changing of the season from winter to spring.

it got me thinking about how we all unveil our changing 'seasons'

Is it slow and steady revealing bits and pieces as they become strong and ready?

Do they get thrown out with a spectacular 'punch' to the senses for all to wonder at?

or, are they a bit of both?

The last few months have been my cocooning stage - working out challenges both in business as well as in my personal life.

tweaking, changing, developing, deconstructing, rearranging, removing, adding in, adjusting, modifying, substituting, learning, unlearning, relearning, mutating, shifting, switching, evolving, ... ultimately transforming, yet again 🦋

We all go through changes differently and so we unveil and reveal our 'seasons' differently, too!

I tend to close myself off and figure things out solo! Giving myself permission to work through things at my own pace, otherwise, overwhelm sets in and chaos ensues 😵‍💫

and now to the unveiling! though slow, it feels like a punch into reality!

From here on to the foreseeable future, I will be sending out the regular, yet upgraded, monthly email. The change comes with some of the content in that, as well as a new weekly email!

I know I probably lost some of you there, but let me explain the fun that I'm intending to provide 👀

Each month I am going to include free downloads for you to fill in or print out to help you along your transformation journey! These will include bits from The 2025 Yearly Energy Planner as well as other things I create to help you navigate your being, this world... and the beyond!

And every Saturday evening I will send out a small email with the next weeks Foresight Download for you to use to plan your week!

Each Months email will be a more normal amount of info, while Weekly emails will be short and sweet!

Pick what you want to experience and work with from the offerings, or leave them for another time - it's all good 😉

I'm excited to share all the newness and goodness with each of you and I hope they can guide and encourage you to step into a new 'season' as often as you wish while learning and revealing your unique truth along the way!
