I can not believe we are here at the end of another year, can you?!? ๐ฎ
2025 has been a roller coaster of a year! Lots of joys, a bit of heartache, and some moments that felt like we must be living in a simulation - the Matrix - and somehow it glitched big time! I still don't feel like a lot that occured the last few years is actually real, but I hold out hope that things will balance out and we can find our footing on solid ACTUAL real ground - I pray for things to make sense & for discernment ๐๐๏ธ๐
Right now, I am most grateful to say I am walking again! At my follow up doctors appointment the x-rays came back perfect!!! So much so that they couldn't detect I had ever had a fracture! So, my doctor had me begin walking in his office with both crutches. The next week, I was down to one crutch. And last week I used a cane! This week I am most unaided except going downstairs, when I am tired, for safety reasons. I'm riding a stationary bike to gain strength and range of motion in my right leg. And this is all before I begin PT on Monday - WOOHOO ๐ฅณ
Thank You to everyone for your thoughts, prayers, stories and all especially for helping me stay sane through it all - I can't thank you enough ๐๐ฅฐ๐๐ MUCH LOVE & GRATITUDE!
As for December, no matter what you may or may not celebrate here in this magical month, please take some time to offer 2025 some love, appreciation and/or gratitude - everything happens for a reason, season or lesson whether it is known now or later ๐๏ธ
Make a special memory before the 31st so you can end 2025 on an uplifted note ๐
Write down some things you learned, experienced or saw that made your heart lighter and brighter in 2025! Put that list in your purse, wallet, on the fridge or in your journal and refer back to it when you need a boost ๐
If you experienced sadness, anger, resentment, or other low energy feelings - and you feel guided to - close your eyes bring them into your thoughts and then offer them gratitude, forgiveness, and understanding. Do this until your heart feels lighterโค๏ธโ๐ฉน
We are all human, learning our way around this earthly plane - and the more we give ourselves permission to be imperfect the easier it will be to forgive ourselves and others in the future - lightening what we carry around energetically to boot!
Enjoy this last month of the year, stay safe, and have a Very Merry Christmas & Holiday Time
with those you love ๐
