Can be seen with our inner shifts - likes, dislikes, themes, aquainences
Seasons
Are times when we are called to grow, reflect & transform - challenges, solitude, introspection, recovery
We can be in many different 'Seasons' at one time - and you are likely experienceing more than just a change in the weather yourself
The 'Season' of challenges and recovery are where I 'feel' I am - along with witnessing the Fall like grandeur outside ๐ - but with this 'Season' I feel the quiet solitude of healing, introspection and transformation peeking through ๐๐๐
Seasons come wether we want them or not. Whether we are busy or not. Whether we are prepared or not. Wether we understand fully or not.
And just like the Seasonal weather changes our own 'Seasons' arrive as if we needed a new journey and they beckon us to flow with the twists and turns on a course that is meandering through unrchartered trails towards an unknown destination!
September 9th Michael & I went out with the pups to do some in-town running around, stopped and grabbed lunch then went to the park to throw the ball around - it was a wonderful way to start the last week of his vacation in which we were busy doing deck work and cleaning up outside from the gardening Season ๐๐ป๐
๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฅ
That evening as we walked the dogs around our block - a route we have gone on 4-5 times a day for the last 3-4 years - a dog ran out of his house and began attacking our dogs. It happened so fast that we were almost immediately tangled around the leashes as Aella and Owen tried to get away.
As the three went round and round, at some point, I was rammed into by the three dogs - I remember stumbling and trying to regain my balance, but I couldn't and ended up falling.
The dogs owner was able to get him and put him away and then came back out to check on our pups which thankfully were unharmed except for the stress of what had just occurred!
I tried to get up, but I couldn't really feel anything from my knee to my foot... except pain, numbness, and instability ๐ฃ In the end, I was able to walk home -s-l-o-w-l-y- with Michaels help ๐
To make this long story a bit shorter, I am currently non-weight bearing for 10 weeks with a fractured tibia ๐ฆต I just found out I won't need surgery - what a wonderful blessing ๐ I'm truly grateful ๐โจ๐
So, when accidents occur all we can do is go with the flow and do what we can when we can. Be gentle with ourselves while offering good healing vibes deep within ๐๐๐
Forgiveness offers a gentle peace ๐๏ธ
Energetic Reiki is a wonderful tool to see harmony from what felt like chaos ๐
Comforting Prayers keep me grounded and focused ๐
I'm finding a deep thankfulness and gratitude for so many things that I can still do... as well as those things I will do again very soon ๐
